01 · Personal AI assistant

Hand over your admin work to it. It gets to know you over time.

It lives in Telegram. You write to it, or send it a voice note between two meetings, and it gets to work. Setup and hosting are handled by us, and we connect it to the tools you already use.

02 · How it works

You tell it once. After that, it knows.

Your assistant lives in Telegram, alongside your other conversations. You write to it, or send it a voice note as you leave a meeting, and it gets to work.

The difference from a chatbot open in a tab is that it doesn’t start from scratch every time. You explain once how you bill, who your big clients are, what needs to appear on your quotes. Six weeks later, it still has it.

And it doesn’t stay in its bubble. Depending on your needs, we connect it to your ERP, or to the shared folders where your documents already live. It carries the first name you give it and speaks to you in your language. Above all, it is yours alone: no other MACCUS client shares its memory, files, or conversations.

What we set up with you

  • Its first name. Whichever you want, accents included.
  • Its language. French, English or Dutch.
  • Your time zone. So its reminders arrive at the right time.
  • How it refers to itself. Using feminine, masculine or neutral forms.
  • The tools it needs to reach. Odoo, a Drive, email: case by case.

03 · Capabilities

What it takes off your hands.

Six concrete things. Everything works from day one, except connections to your tools, which are decided and set up with you.

You dictate, it writes

A thirty-second voice note as you come out of a client meeting, and you get the written, formatted summary back in the conversation. Same for a letter, a table, an internal note. If it needs fixing, you tell it what’s wrong instead of rewriting it.

It remembers, and it adds up

Your clients, your rates, how you want a follow-up to be worded, the decision made in May. It writes it into its memory, not into the conversation thread, and it goes back to read it when the topic comes up again. That’s what sets it apart from a chatbot after a few months.

It works in your tools

Odoo and ERPs that expose an API, your Google Drive folders, your email. None of that is connected by default: we open access with you, based on what you actually need. Once connected, it can read a client record or drop a document in place without bothering you.

It reads what you send it

Photograph an invoice, or send it a screenshot of a delivery note. It reads it and tells you what’s wrong, for example a total that doesn’t add up. Then it does whatever you want with it, whether that’s an entry to input or a letter.

It keeps track of deadlines

“Every Monday at 8 a.m.” or “the 20th of every month”, it notes it down and writes to you when the time comes, even if you had stopped thinking about it. You can also tell it “in three weeks” without giving it a date; it calculates it.

It searches, and comes back with sources

A supplier comparison, a rule to verify, a file to prepare, the opening hours of the shop you’re stopping by on Thursday. It opens the pages and brings back what it found with the links. For longer searches, it works in the background and writes to you when it’s ready.

The basic assistant comes with no connections at all. Odoo, a Drive, an email inbox, a calendar: these are added case by case, with your access, and priced in the quote. Phone calls, on the other hand, it does not make, and that is not a matter of configuration.

04 · Getting started

Three steps. Two are ours.

01

We look at what you want to entrust to it

The first name you want to give it, its language, your time zone, how it should refer to itself. And above all: the tasks you have in mind and the tools where they happen. That discussion determines what we connect.

02

We install it

We create its Telegram account and prepare a space for it on our servers. We write its personality and connect what was agreed. Then we check that everything is running before handing it over to you. You have nothing to install and no server to rent.

03

You do two steps

You open the link we send you and write anything at all to your assistant; a “hello” is enough. Then you open a second link, sign in to your Claude account, and send us back the displayed code. It writes to you right away.

The assistant itself is up and running in a few minutes. Connections to your tools, however, depend on what we connect and the access you open to us.

05 · Confidentiality

Your conversations are yours. The rest, we put in writing.

Most AI assistant offers ask you to trust them without detailing anything. We prefer to write down what happens, including what we do not guarantee.

Your assistant runs in its own system account, on its own network, with its own files. Its Claude credentials are stored in a file that only that account can read.

To work, it relies on service providers. Anthropic processes your messages, on your own subscription. OpenAI transcribes your voice notes and indexes its memory, which lets it retrieve the right note at the right time. ElevenLabs produces its voice when it replies to you by voice. These last two run on our accounts, not yours. Your messages pass through Telegram. Anthropic, OpenAI and ElevenLabs are American companies: part of your exchanges is therefore processed in the United States.

When it is connected to one of your tools, it uses the access you open for it, and it only has the permissions you give it. What it brings back from there passes through the conversation, and therefore through the providers above, like everything else.

The rest is stored on our servers, which are in France: your conversations, its memory and your files. We do not access them without a concrete reason, and if we have to do it to resolve an incident, we tell you. The full list of our providers is in our privacy policy.

  • A system account and network dedicated to your assistant, never shared
  • Your Claude credentials in a file readable only by that account
  • A backup every night, with the last 14 kept
  • When the service stops, everything is deleted at once and the last backup disappears automatically 14 days later
  • Immediate and complete deletion if you request it, with no 14-day delay
  • An entirely dedicated server if you need one

An honest clarification: several assistants may share the same server. Each has its own system account, network and files, and one assistant’s containers cannot reach another’s Claude access. This is still hosting separation, not a vault between two competing companies. If your activity requires total separation, we place you on a server that hosts only you. Tell us; this is a question to ask beforehand, not afterward.

06 · Prerequisites

Two things on your side. Three if we connect it to your tools.

  • Telegram, on your phone or your computer. It’s free and installation takes two minutes.
  • A Claude subscription in your name, Pro or Max plan.

This second point deserves an explanation, because it is unusual. Your assistant runs on your Claude subscription, not ours. You sign in to it once during setup, and it is your subscription that carries the usage.

This is a deliberate choice. You see what you consume, you choose your plan, and you do not buy AI credits resold with a markup. If you do not yet have a subscription, we tell you which one to get based on your usage, and you subscribe directly with Anthropic.

The third point only applies if you want to connect it to your tools: someone on your side must be able to open access for it. That is sorted out during setup, with you.

07 · Pricing

Quoted case by case, because it depends on what you do with it.

As with our other services, we price it after speaking with you. An assistant that replies in Telegram and an assistant connected to your Odoo are not the same setup work.

The offering has two parts: setup fees, paid once, then a monthly subscription that covers hosting and management of your assistant. Connections to your tools are priced with the rest. Those that require development weigh mainly on the setup, and if ongoing follow-up is needed, that is reflected in the monthly fee. The amounts are in the quote.

What is included

  • Complete setup, including bot creation and writing its personality
  • Hosting on our servers
  • Updates, with nothing for you to do
  • Speech recognition, voice synthesis and indexing its memory, on our provider accounts
  • Email support, included in the monthly subscription

What is priced separately

Connections to your tools: an ERP, a Drive, email. The work depends on what the tool exposes, so it needs to be reviewed before it goes into the quote.

What remains at your expense

Your Claude subscription, and the subscriptions for the tools we connect it to, which you generally already pay for.

08 · Frequently asked questions

What people ask us before signing.

Can it really connect to my Odoo?

Yes, and it is not an empty promise: we already run our own assistants connected to Odoo, both reading and writing. The basic assistant, however, comes with no connections at all. We then add them one by one: we look at what your tool exposes and tell you what is feasible. The quote takes that into account. Same logic for a Drive or email.

What exactly does it remember?

What you ask it to keep, and what it considers useful to remember from your exchanges: your habits, the names that keep coming up, the decisions made. That goes into notes, on our servers, which it rereads when the topic comes up again. You can ask it what it has in memory, have it correct a note or delete it. One command resets the conversation to zero when you completely change topic, without touching what it has retained.

Why Telegram and not WhatsApp or a MACCUS app?

Because Telegram already does everything the assistant needs: text, voice notes, files, images, and a command menu. You do not install one more app and you do not change your habits. It is currently the only available channel, and we prefer to say so clearly.

Do I really need my own Claude subscription?

Yes, Pro or Max plan. You sign in to it once during setup. That is what lets you stay in control of your usage and your plan. We do not resell AI credits and we do not bill usage on your behalf.

Who owns the assistant’s Telegram account?

By default, we create and administer it, which lets us repair or update it without involving you. If you would prefer to own it, that is possible; tell us when setting it up.

What if I stop?

Everything concerning you is deleted from our servers in one go: the conversation, the memory, the files, the credentials. The last backup is automatically erased 14 days later, and immediately if you ask us. On your side, remember to revoke access from your Claude account and close the access we had to your tools; you are the only one who can do that.

Can several people use it?

An assistant is configured for one person: its memory, tone and habits are yours. For a team, we set up one assistant per person, each with their own Claude subscription. The quote then covers the whole set.

In which languages?

French, English or Dutch. You choose during setup, and the assistant sticks to it, even if you write to it in another language.

What if it goes down?

Write to us and we will look into it. We keep a daily backup, and service restoration restarts from the latest one. Support is by email and is included in the subscription, updates included. We do not display an intervention timeframe: we prefer not to announce a figure we would not meet every time.

09 · Shall we talk about it?

See it in action before you decide.

Tell us in two lines what you would like not to do yourself anymore. We reply within 24 hours, and if it makes sense, we show you a working assistant rather than a slideshow.

  • A demonstration on a case that is yours
  • What we can connect on your side, and what we cannot
  • A quote, if you ask for one
